How To Order

Court Reporter Software and Hardware Bundle
SoniClear dealer eMicrophones offers the ClearScribe dual-channel software along with a bundle of the recomended hardware for recording from a room microphone and optional stenomask. Buying this bundle is a convenient way to put ClearScribe to use, right of the box. All of the needed components are included. See their Court Reporter Complete product page for more information.

Order by Phone using Credit Card
Call Trio Systems at 626/584-9706 to place phone orders using a credit card for payment. MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards accepted.

Order by Fax using Credit Card
To order by fax, download the Order Form, and fax it to Trio Systems. MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards accepted.

Order by Purchase Order
Purchase orders are accepted from official government organizations within the United States. Reference part numbers and pricing from the SoniClear Order Form and fax the PO to Trio Systems.

Order by Check
To order by check, download the SoniClear Order Form and return it with payment to Trio Systems by mail. Make checks payable to Trio Systems LLC. If a pro forma invoice is required before a check can be issued, contact Trio Systems to request an invoice be emailed or faxed to you. Checks are subject to verification of funds.

Shipping Options
Products are sent via UPS. Order processing is usually within 2 business days from when the order is received. Price includes UPS Ground shipping in the continental USA, with delivery in 2-7 business days. Alternative methods of shipping are available on request for an additional shipping and handling fee.

Sales Tax
All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. California Sales Tax is collected for shipments within California. Trio Systems does not collect sales tax for other states or foreign governments.

Technical Support
Purchase price includes Basic Annual Support for technical support, and software updates for one year from the date of purchase. Basic Annual Support is available after the first year for an additional charge. Introductory Training is available for an additional charge.

Software Licensing
ClearScribe is shipped as a boxed product, and is priced on a per-license basis. For installations with multiple users having simultaneous access to the program, multiple licenses will be required.

ClearScribe is shipped with the Floating License System. This allows the program to be installed on multiple computers, with a single user at a time running the software. Authorization to use the program is controlled by a USB Key device. The license can also be locked to a specific machine, so that the USB Key device does not need to be used. The included ClearScribe Transcriber program can be installed on any number of computers for use by typists working with ClearScribe files. There is no charge for the use of ClearScribe Transcriber.

Hardware Requirements
The ClearScribe 6.0 dual-channel version can work with any sound card. However, to enable all of the features of the software, additional hardware is required. ClearScribe MX multi-channel software requires a supported multi-channel audio interface.The recommended hardware configurations for the ClearScribe and ClearScribe MX products are covered in the ClearScribe Installation Guide.

Optional USB Foot Pedal
SoniClear ClearScribe software supports an optional hardware USB Foot Pedal for hands-free control during transcription. This is available as a separate product item that can be ordered from Trio Systems and SoniClear Dealers when the software is purchased, or at a later time.
