The boxed copy version of SalesVoice is shipped with the Floating License System with one, two, or five licenses on a single USB Key. This allows the program to be installed on multiple computers. Authorization to use the program is controlled by a USB Key device. The licenses can be locked to a specific machine, so that the USB Key device does not need to be used. Payment by Credit Card
Place credit card orders for the boxed product version by phone or fax. MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards accepted. To protect account information, do not send credit card information via email.

Payment by Check
Payments made by check are subject to verification of funds. Make checks payable to Trio Systems LLC.

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted from official government organizations within the United States. For corporate and foreign orders, prior credit approval is required, and the minimum order amount for credit terms is $500.

Shipping Options
Products are sent via UPS, with order processing usually within 2 business days from when the order is received. Price includes UPS Ground shipping in the continental USA. Alternative methods of shipping are available on request for an additional shipping and handling fee.

Sales Tax
All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. California Sales Tax is collected for shipments within California. Trio Systems does not collect sales tax for other states or foreign governments.

Purchase Try-And-Buy Version Online

SalesVoice is no longer available as a Try-and-Buy version (from E-Commerce provider Element 5). SalesVoice is available only as a boxed product.

Technical Support
Purchase price includes technical support for one year from the date of purchase. For minor updates to the product (where the version number is not increased) the updates will be available online and can be downloaded and installed at no additional charge. Upgrades to major releases (where the version number is changed) will be offered to existing customers at a discounted price. Training is available for an additional charge.

Labtec Microphone
The boxed product version of SalesVoice includes a Labtec 333 computer microphone. It is suitable for recording an individual and groups in small, quiet conference rooms.

Microphone Upgrades
More advanced microphones are available for use with SalesVoice.
