8/12/21 - This release includes minor feature enhancements and fixes. The Import Recordings feature has been upgraded to include the ability to import WAV recording files. Various problems with displaying on multi-monitor computer systems have been fixed. The list of audio inputs to automatically select when recording was updated to include additional devices certified for use with SoniClear. Improvements were made to the error logging. 4/9/14 - Major upgrade for all SoniClear versions. Includes the addition of two new video recording software products, Gov Video Recorder and Court Video Recorder. All versions now have the ability to export notes directly to a formatted Word document. Reduced CPU load and features to avoid conflicts with background processes. SoniClear 9 is also recommended for replacing older versions of SoniClear that were used on Windows XP and Vista computers that are being upgraded. 5/18/2004 - MeetingPro 4 has been divided into three product variations, MeetingPro Gov (which directly replaces "MeetingPro 4" for all updates), MeetingPro Enterprise (same functionality as MeetingPro Gov at this time), and MeetingPro Assistant, a subset of MeetingPro Gov/Enterprise.

With release of MeetingPro Gov/Enterprise/Assistant 4.0.72, support is provided for a Virtual Foot Pedal, and the USB Foot Pedal and Virtual Foot pedal have the ability to enter notes during recording.

MeetingPro products are now also available with an optional USB Key software authorization system. This simplifies installation and allows for multiple computers to install the software. One computer at a time can use the software when the USB Key is installed.
